Term Description
Used to report whether a certified first responder (also known as emergency medical responder) who has completed a course in providing pre-hospital care for emergencies was at the scene at any time during the emergency rescue service. The first responder may provide advanced first aid until the paramedics and/or emergency physicians arrive. They are not necessarily the first person at the scene.
