Is Nuclear Radiology identical(41.b) to Nuclear Medicine?

I would suggest that 12 be changed to "Family Medicine" - reflecting the new name of the specialty adopted in the US 2 years ago.

Relationship to ABMS, NUCC, SNOMED and ASTM provider types

Several taxonomies of provider types exist in the US, in addition to one included in SNOMED-CT. Is this taxonomy derived from, mapped to, or in addition to these other taxonomies?

It would be very helpful to draw from existing taxonomies (NUCC in the US in particular).
