Recombinant offers healthcare providers and academic medical centers data warehousing and clinical intelligence solutions. Recombinant uses LOINC to achieve interoperability of laboratory test results. When laboratory data from multiple disparate source systems needs to be integrated, we create a set of association mappings from individual source system concepts to LOINC. Patient instance data is then transformed from original source system coding to LOINC using these association mappings.
