SDOH Workshop
We are pleased to present our workshop on Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). This timely event brings together SDO leaders from health systems, hospitals, federal governments, ministries of health, etc. to explore and shape the critical role that SDOH plays in influencing health outcomes, and patient experiences. This is an interactive workshop. Attendees will gain valuable insights on the spectrum of standards initiatives and policy frameworks to address SDOH. Attendees will be active participants in developing an approach to coordinate and align the great standards work that is underway across the world for transition to the implementation arena for action. The International Patient Summary is one approach for consideration. |
